Then I build every detail around that, from the right flight times and room types to the transfers, experiences and little touches that make a trip feel effortless. You deal with me from the first idea to the moment you are home, so nothing gets lost along the way and nothing is left to chance.
I take care of everything…
You start by sending me a brief enquiry with your basic details: preferred travel dates, departure airports, duration, who is travelling and any ideas about where you are dreaming of. From there, we book a discovery call.
Our call can be as little as 20 minutes if you are short on time, or up to an hour if you would like to talk things through in more detail. We can chat on the phone, over Zoom, or even meet for a coffee (or a cocktail) if you are local. I build my business on a personal touch and I like to get to know every client and their preferences.
After our call, I will confirm when you can expect your tailored quotes or itineraries, along with clear details on how to secure your booking. There is no fee for this service. All I ask is that you are genuinely committed to booking with me, as getting a trip absolutely right can take many hours of work behind the scenes.

If you are the kind of person who loves to be in control and plan every detail of your holiday yourself, you can still tap into my industry knowledge without asking me to handle the booking.
For this, I offer a research service for an agreed, upfront fee. You tell me the destination or type of trip you are dreaming about, and I will:
Use my experience, training and trade contacts to research the most suitable regions or areas for what you want to do.
Outline different options for structuring your trip, including suggested lengths of stay and possible routes or combinations.
Share general guidance on timings, seasons, logistics and key things to consider, so you can avoid common pitfalls when you book.
You then book and manage the trip yourself. No responsibility is accepted by me for any arrangements you choose to make, and you will not be ATOL or ABTA protected through me under this option.
You pay a clear upfront fee to tap into my knowledge and expertise, then use that insight to make your own independent bookings. I am confident you will see the value in this service and where I can enhance your trip, so if you later decide that you would like me to handle the booking for you instead, I will waive the research fee once your trip deposit has been paid and your booking is confirmed with me.
